Every 10th October we celebrate World Mental Health Day. This international day aims to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to encourage and inspire people to mobilise and engage their efforts in support of mental health.
We know that good mental health is part of a vital contribution to our overall health and wellbeing. Those who live with mental health conditions are likely to experience an impact on their physical health, wellbeing, connections with friends, family, work and communities, and affect their close relationships.
