It was a pleasure to work with Tameron Chappell from Cerulean. Tameron led the project to create an EDI strategy and implementation plan for the Ashmolean Museum…Tameron’s work created the business case and laid the foundations for the appointment of an EDI project manager, ensuring their remit, authority and focus was clear from Day 1. She also supported the induction and onboarding of the project manager with her expertise, insight and organisational knowledge, increasing their confidence and impact from the outset. Tameron has been flexible, positive and committed to an excellent result for us. We are so lucky to work with her.

We have been working with Cerulean now for two years and highly recommend them. They have added huge value to our work on diversity & inclusion in the organisation. The key for us is that Cerulean take the time to listen and tailor their approach to suit our needs and different audiences. They are agile and flexible and have on a few occasions leapt in with advice, recommendations or one-off consultation. It’s nice just to be able to call, talk to them directly and get sensible, practical help and support. The training has been very well-received in our organisation and we have utter admiration and respect for Lesley and Anna. We love working with them.

I had the opportunity to work with Lesley, she is an amazing individual who has wonderful training methodologies. Of all the Trainers I interacted with during my tenure at Commonwealth she was the most engaging of them all and definitely the most professional. Would surely recommend her.

“Lesley Aitcheson co-ordinated this event from preparation meetings through to delivery and the occasion in August was a complete success in terms of achieving agreed objectives as well as making every participant feel involved and connected every step of the way. Feedback from delegates could not have been more fulsome in their praise for how Lesley made the experience insightful, challenging and, most importantly, fun. Many thanks Lesley, you have made my job much easier with your help in setting the scene for the next twelve months.”

“We worked with Lesley at Cerulean to offer a Diverse Talent programme here at Brighton and Hove City Council – a long-awaited innovative career support programme offered to 15 employees. The programme aimed to support BME colleagues with personal and professional career development, increasing confidence to progress in careers and to overcome barriers in accessing opportunities and gaining promotion. Of the 15 participants, 8 people were promoted internally during the programme and everyone said their confidence had increased.
Feedback about Lesley has been fantastic – with participants saying Lesley had such passion and commitment to the programme throughout. ”

“We were lucky to have Anna from Cerulean work with us to help us re-imagine our team vision and purpose, and to help us create a clear direction of travel. She spent time in advance to really understand what we were trying to achieve, and importantly, what was driving this. This resulted in a superb 2-day workshop where she showed an incredible knack of facilitating in an empathetic manner while somehow managing to maintain the energy in the room, keep us to time and on track! We can’t wait to start taking the next steps to move towards our newly created vision and help more people with sight loss live the life they choose. Thank you to everyone at Team Cerulean!”
