This year we have curated our recommended reading list around the topic of Inclusion in the Workplace; we see this as more vital than ever before.

As the global workforce becomes more interconnected and diverse, understanding and implementing inclusive practices are essential for attracting and retaining top talent, as well as creating a great (and safer) place to work.  Inclusion fosters a diverse environment where everyone feels valued and respected, leading to increased innovation, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

Additionally, inclusive workplaces are better equipped to serve diverse customer bases and navigate the complexities of a global arena. Continuous learning on this topic is crucial to address evolving challenges, eliminate unconscious biases and bullying, and ensure that inclusion becomes an integral part of organisational culture, driving sustainable success and growth.

We see this as central to the work we do with our clients and so we’ve put this list together to support everyone’s learning.  If you just choose one title this summer, you will be further along in your development as an inclusive leader – happy reading!
